As an Equine Professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Equine Studies and 12 years of experience, I am looking for land to establish or expand my retirement horse boarding business on.
I am looking for 5 to 60 acres with fencing and buildings on the land or option to build on the property. Housing is a plus but not required. I am working towards owning a horse retirement business that will include but not limited to boarding, breeding, training and rehabilitation. Additional aspirations: starting a small livestock operation (goats and chicken).
I am looking to buy, lease, or lease to own land in PA in the Luzerne, Lackawanna, Wyoming, or Columbia counties.
