Entering Farmer 20134

As a Mediterian background family, we have the intention to lease (at least one year) a tillable land (at least 10 acres), preferably in Monroe, Northampton or Lehigh counties (PA) or Western New Jersey, for organic crop and vegetable production. Additionally, in near future, we are willing to produce fruits and have a greenhouse and livestock farming. We have a considerable experience in the field of agriculture and have official farmer licenses.

Back in Turkey, as having farmer ancestors for decades, we had managed 25 acres land for 32 years, where we mainly planted different types of fruits and vegetables, conducted a greenhouse and crop production, and also livestock farming.

Now, it's time for us to contribute to the new society that we live in! This is why, as an initial step, we are planning to lease a farm and plant vegetables, such as tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and eggplant. We are also planning to plant some unique types of regional vegetables that we intend to import from Turkey.

In a nutshell, we genuinely believe that we can benefit from the leased farm as maximum by means of our experience and passion.

Reason: I wrote my last book while I was conducting a farm business! Without doubt, by consistently interacting with the nature, we have found our motivation, which eventually has a spillover effect that guide our daily lives. Therefore, we are not only looking for a farm to finance our family but also to involve in U.S. society as a productive family.
